The North Washington Street Water and Sanitation District Board Meetings are held at 2:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 3172 E. 78th Avenue, Denver, CO  80229. 

Notices for changes or cancellations will be posted 3 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting at the following locations:

                                    CONSIDERING ATER AND SEWER FEE AND RATE INCREASES

 Notice is hereby given that increases in water and sewer fees and rates, including winter irrigation service fees will be considered at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the North Washington Street Water and Sanitation District to be held at 3172 at 3172 E. 78th Avenue on December 4, 2025 at 2:00 p.m.
