Water Rates

Residential (4,000-gallon minimum) = $45.41 per month plus $8.05 per 1,000 gallons that are above the minimum of 4,000 gallons

Sewer Rates

Residential: $51.20 minimum plus $2.78  per 1,000 gallons of water used over the minimum for the previous winter month's usage (Average of November, December, and January)

Commercial and Industrial: Contact the North Washington Street Water and Sanitation District for a breakdown of water and sewer charges.

Charge to reinstate water after delinquent disconnect

• $75.00 charge will be assessed to your account each time the water has been disconnected.
