The Board of Directors will consider establishing or increasing water and sewer rates or other service charges at the following meeting:

Time: 2:00 P.M.
Location: 3172 E. 78th Avenue, Denver, CO 80229

Pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001(2), the Board may establish or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, or charges for domestic water or sanitary sewer services provided to residents and property owners within or outside the District’s boundaries.

This notice concerns proposed changes. It does not announce an approved rate increase.
