Paperless Billing / E-Bill
Paperless Billing (eBill) Initiative
Effective January 1, 2027
To improve customer service, and provide faster bill delivery, the District will begin encouraging customers to enroll in Paperless Billing (eBill) effective January 1, 2027.
Customers who enroll in eBill will receive their monthly utility bill by email rather than through the U.S. Postal Service. Paperless billing provides quicker delivery.
How to Enroll
Customers are encouraged to:
- Contact the District office to verify or update their email address.
- Complete and return the Paperless Billing enrollment form included as a bill insert with upcoming monthly statements.
- Visit or call the District office if assistance is needed with enrollment.
Paper Billing Option
The District understands that not all customers prefer electronic billing. Customers may request to continue receiving a paper bill by mail. Customers who do not enroll in Paperless Billing, or who request to remain on paper billing, will continue to receive monthly statements through the U.S. Postal Service.
Customers may also change their billing preference at any time by contacting the District office.
